*The “Current Lifetime Retail Value” is based on a national average of $25.00 per hour for non-medical home health aides.  As that cost increases, so will the value of True Freedom membership hours.

Our members are typically able to delay or avoid nursing home confinement and protect their family from a future hardship. True Freedom arranges for a fully licensed, bonded and insured home care provider from the True Freedom qualified network, or seniors can select a True Freedom-approved friend or neighbor to provide their care for things like meal preparation, dressing, and personal hygiene.

Discount Savings

• A 5% annual fee discount is available for each new enrollment.
• A 10% fee discount is available for each husband and wife or domestic partners when enrolling at the same time.
• A 15% annual fee discount is available for each husband and wife or domestic partners enrolling at the same time.
• The cost of maintaining any True Freedom Plan decreases 10% a year for up to the first 4 years when no home care service hours have been accessed.  Plans will remain at a 40% discounted rate starting in year 5 and beyond, up until the member chooses to access the home care hours of their plan for the first time. This Discount Reward is the incentive for Members to only utilize the hours of their plan at a time when the need for home care assistance is ESSENTIAL and they feel they will require care for an extended length of time.
